Dr. Devora Grossman is a LowVision Specialist, Contact Lens Specialist and Therapeutic Optometrist. She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Genetics and graduated with honors from York University in Canada.
Dr. Devora Grossman received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the SUNY University of Optometry. She graduated on the Dean's list and received the Eschenbach Low Vision Award. She also completed internships in hospital based optometry at the V.A. Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, a low vision internship in the Lighthouse in Manahttan, NY, and a contact lens internship in SUNY optometry clinic. Other internships at private eye care clinics throughout New York allowed her to improve her skills in her special areas of interest including contact lenses, pediatrics and ocular disease.
Dr. Devora Grossman is a member of the American Optometric Association and mentors students who are considering optometry.
Dr. Devora Grossman also is a dean of a Women's College in Monsey, NY and has 2 charitable organizations to feed hungry families in Monsey and help sick patients in hospitals. Dr. Grossman enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
